Research

His research originated in "helping people." His research ranges from disaster prevention (mudslides and earthquakes) to disease prevention (infectious diseases, metabolic syndrome, and osteoporosis), requiring multidisciplinary knowledge to overcome research gaps and foster new solutions beyond conventional thinking. As a result, he has acquired expertise in various fields, with different perspectives and methods to achieve his goals.

Teaching

He leverages his education expertise in teaching. Three pivot theories elaborate his teaching philosophy: Scaffolding Theory from Лев Семёнович Выготский, Learning by Doing from John Deway, and Episodic Memory from Endel Tulving. In addition, he taught Advanced C Programming and It's Applications at Dept. of AI, Tamkang University, and had a wide teaching assistant experience in 16 courses among 6 departments and 4 universities.

Service

He serves as a reviewer for 22 journals (19 SCI; 1 EI; 2 Peer Review). Moreover, he collaborates with his friends as a Chief Data Scientist and Consultant at a Social Enterprise, Infinite Value, proffering services to maximize improvements in social and environmental well-being, ultimately achieving "triple win."

Experience

He devoted himself to the industry and went beyond academic limitations to gain expertise in related fields, such as Taiwan Cyber Security Foundry Company, Institute of Information Industry, and the National Science and Technology Center for Disaster Reduction.
